We stand behind the quality of our work. This policy describes the circumstances under which refunds are available and how to request them.
Full Refund
You are entitled to a full refund when:
- Your order was not delivered by the agreed deadline and you have not yet downloaded or used the paper.
- The delivered paper does not match the original instructions in a material way, and revisions have not resolved the issue.
- You paid for an order but no writer was assigned within 48 hours and you wish to cancel.
- Your order was cancelled before a writer began working on it.
Partial Refund
A partial refund may be issued when:
- The delivered paper partially meets the requirements but significant parts are missing or inadequate, and further revision cannot resolve the issue.
- The order was delivered late but you still chose to use the paper.
- Work was partially completed when you requested cancellation.
No Refund
Refunds are not available when:
- The paper was delivered and you have already submitted, published or used it in any form.
- You simply changed your mind or no longer need the paper after delivery.
- The paper was revised to match your instructions but you remain dissatisfied for personal or subjective reasons beyond the original scope.
- Your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
Free Revisions First
Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage you to use our free revision process. Submit a detailed revision request describing what needs to change. We will revise the work at no extra cost within 14 days of the original delivery date. Refunds are only considered after a good-faith revision attempt.
How to Request a Refund
Log in to your dashboard, open the relevant order, and submit a refund request with a clear explanation. Our team reviews all requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
